All repairs and requests routed through Facilities Management must be entered using the work order program Asset Essentials.
Asset Essentials is a world-class enterprise asset management system saving money through more efficient maintenance management and operations. Work orders can be entered from any web browser, anytime, from anywhere.
If you have a work request, please submit to the Building Manager for work order input in Asset Essentials. You will need to provide the Building Manager with full description of problem or request, and location information, including building name, floor number, room number, and/or area.
